Our personal care residence offers protective care for your loved ones in need of a watchful environment. Here, our caring staff helps with daily living skills including bathing, dressing, grooming and more, while living in large, fully furnished apartments.

We understand that every individual comes in with their own specific needs. That is why our personal care facilities offers personalized, protective care and services so each of our residents are receiving the care that they need. We make it our mission to provide a broad range of services so our senior residents feel right at home.
Residents at our senior living facilities are offered fully furnished apartments and receive three well-balanced meals served in our elegant dining rooms. Our skilled and highly trained staff offer 24 hour assistance with daily life skills including bathing, dressing, grooming, using the restroom, and getting from place to place.
Other amenities that are accessible to each resident at our Lehigh Valley locations, Whitehall Manor and Saucon Valley Manor, include:
- Individually controlled heating and air-conditioning system
- Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, and sink
- Three delicious and well-balanced meals served in our elegant dining rooms
- All utilities (excluding personal telephone & cable)
- Daily housekeeping and linen services
- Daily laundry service
- Elegantly furnished and decorated common areas
- 24 hour access to highly trained, caring staff
- Assistance with daily life skills (i.e. bathing, dressing, use of restroom)
- Wellness monitored by Licensed Nurses
- Supervision of medication

- Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
- Beauty salon and barber shop on premises
- Scheduled transportation provided
- Planned agenda indoor and outdoor activities including escorted trips to shopping areas, lunches, etc.

Whitehall Manor become my home from the day I got here. Its beautiful and I'm very comfortable. I enjoy the view of the pond with the ducks, fishes, and swans. I love the fact that I cloud be my self, relax and enjoy many of the activates.
At times I feel depressed because I miss my family, but the staff here make me feel at home. They are like my family, I'm very comfortable and happy here. I enjoy watching TV, and taking walks around the building for the view.
I like the friendly service. I love the med-tech. She's very, very good. I like all the opportunities to be entertained and I love my room, too. I'm so glad that my daughter decided I should try this. I met so many good friends and I love all the good people here. When I came here, I came for two weeks. After the second week, I told my daughter that I'll stay here.
The personnel are exceptional. They're especially friendly and well trained.
I have my privacy here. I don't have anybody coming here to take my space.
I'm content with just about everything. It's nice that if you don't like something, you can always replace it with something else.
I like the comfort of having people come when you ring, and they are a friendly staff.
I like that I have a room to myself. That means a lot to me. I'm fortunate that I'm on the side where I can see the mountains out of my window. These are the most important things that are making me happy since I've been here. I have a good rapport with the majority of the aides.
I like their friendly attitude.
I really like my apartment. I feel that the people are patient and the services are fast. I see that the people try to help as quickly as possible and they're very caring. I like the food and the different activities that they have here. They have a lot of activities.
I like that they have a lot of activities here; like last night I baked cookies. That was a night! I like the fact that I don't have to do dishes. I like the housekeeping services. Everything is taken care of as far as dusting, cleaning, etc. It is done very well.
As far as getting along here, I have no problem. I like the fact that it's close to my son. I have a lot of friends here that I know. I like that they have transportation to appointments. Most of what we need is close by here in Hellertown.
I get along with everybody, and I have no complaints.
I think the people here are nice. The people working here are willing to give you a hand. They're helpful if you need something. If you have a question, they are ready, willing and able to help.
I don't call this a facility, I call it my home! I still have my car and I drive where ever I want! I enjoy doing outside actives like going to the casino, going to see the lights around the holidays, and going out to restaurant with the other residents.
I love being here at Whitehall Manor, I love waking up early to read my paper while I'm eating my favorite breakfast. I love talking to the staff they are very patient and I enjoy their company. I'm very happy here and I recommend it to everyone.
I have been here 14 years plus. I love going to some of the actives and the outside trips its so much fun! It makes my day every morning when I'm in the lobby area and I see all the staffs smiles when I tell them good morning. I feel loved by my friends and the staff that became my family.
I love being here. I love the privacy. I like sewing, knitting, crocheting and reading. I'm able to do all those things here because I'm given privacy. You don't have to share anything like a bathroom. You can go on a lot of trips. They have lots of side things that you can get involved with.
I like the employees here. I never feel like I'm at a facility here.
When I moved to Whitehall Manor I had brought my own bed and they were very accommodating. I receive very good care from the staff and enjoy the activities provided by Whitehall Manor. I enjoy the freedom.
I have been living here at Whitehall Manor for 5+ years and would recommend it to anyone. I have two televisions in my room and enjoy the freedom I am given. I enjoy the food and appreciate the replenishment of the hygiene products. I am well taken care of by the staff in this friendly environment. On a scale from 1-10 I give an overall rating of Whitehall Manor a 9.
